THE PROCESS: How does it work?

  • Get in touch with me via email. Ensure you have your domain name and email address associated with your business.

    Select a product that suits your needs. Full payment required upfront upon booking. Review and sign the Seed Web Design agreement form.

    Book in your 1 hour online strategy and design consultation.

  • Complete the Seed 'Website Planner’ + ‘Website Copy Guide' to assist me in getting a clear understanding of your business and website needs, and to write your copy. Allow about 1 week to pull your content together.

    Send me your website content and material, and your website copy (text).

  • This is the strategy and design stage. We'll meet online for a 1:1 Virtual Strategy + Design consultation. We’ll review your 'Welcome Planner' + 'Website Copy Guide', and discuss your website in more detail.

    Together, we'll come up with a plan for your site.

    For website re-designs, invite me as a ‘Administrator’ on Squarespace. I'll get to work re-designing your website.

    For new websites, I’ll start building your website which will then be transferred to you once complete.

  • After 3-4 weeks, it's website handover (1-2 weeks for existing websites; 1 week for single page websites).

    We’ll meet online for a final video walkthrough for handover and future editing.

    Your new website will be live and launched (once you approve).

    Revisions can be made during the 30 day period post website handover. You'll also have support via email during this time to let me know if there are any issues or to answer questions.
